Beautiful rooms aren’t always enhanced by the latest technology. Whilst most people enjoying watching television, they find looking at the large black screen when it is switched off less pleasurable.
The Palladian Group used Astrid Harrisson’s photograph ‘Sindri’ as the perfect cover up. Whilst the television is off, the screen looks like another piece of beautiful art on the wall. However, at the flick of the remote, the photograph scrolls away to unveil the screen. At the end of viewing the picture rolls back down and visual harmony is restored.
Palladian is a London based RIBA chartered architectural practice specializing in the design of exclusive residential properties.
