Shipping & Returns
Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted & includes a 48 hour period during the working week to process and dispatch your poster order.
If a framed fine art print is ordered it will be packaged in a purpose built crate and if a lumiprint is ordered it will be packaged in a reinforced cardboard box. Both will be sent by courier. They will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any Fine Art Framed prints unless they have been damaged in transit.
At Lumitrix we want you you to love every item you purchase, however from time to time we understand that you might like to return an item so aim to make our returns policy as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Lumitrix please email us at email@example.com. Every return request is handled on a case-by-case basis, so please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Around the Festive Period
Any gift bought as a Christmas present has 14 days to be returned. Taking into consideration all the public holidays around the festive period this means the returned item must be received no later than 10th January for a full refund.
